  1. I am doing intermittent too and my window is 1-6 then I sleep at 10 around. I drink plenty of water too. But I eat only oats dishes from salad to oats momos , manchurian, roti, paratha, rolls, biryani, poha everything I just make with oats and lost 3 kgs in just 1 week.

  2. You're not eating enough to meet your daily caloric needs. Incase your goal is fat loss through IF, then you would just end up slowing down your resting metabolic rate making it even harder to lose the weight. Not to mention the deteriorating impact on your health due to lack of nutrition (no protein, very little calories). Please don't promote this, such restrictive eating can have a very debilitating impact on your audience.

  3. I started brisk walking for 45 min from last 5 month along with 10 min exercise or someday yoga…I avoid oily,fried,I m using kachhi ghani oil,Himalayan salt,no processed foods,etc,but mam I loss only 4 kg wt in 5 Month.where i am wrong, please suggest me,u r my inspiration
