  4. What is your preferred plant milk? I've tried making the bechamel with unsweetened almond milk, but it didn't taste right. I then tried it with rice milk, which was ok, but I thought I could make it better. I'm just not sure which plant milk I should try next. My Mom makes hers with milk and cream. I want to perfect a version that I think she'll be able to love that leaves out the animal products.

  5. I made it!!! Definitely good!! I added cheese throughout, spinach, and some vegan crumbles. It's a potato casserole haha. Also I had almond flour, still came out good.

    This sauce is AMAZING!!!

    I recommend mixing everything in a bowl vs mixing in the pan. I was losing potatoes. I'm a clutz. Enjoyyyy
