  1. Yumm yumm you nailed it. ❤️ I should probably mention that Spelt has gluten in it and it’s not safe as a gluten free substitute for celiac or gluten free diets. I wonder how Buckwheat would sub out, since that grain is actually free of gluten. 😋

    One tablespoon of baking powder has about 1,200 mg of sodium. Many people are already having too much sodium in their diet so that is a concern for me.

  3. I stopped using sugar. Now I’m using erythrithol (Sukrin brand) syrup with maple flavor and it is soooo good, a real nice option when you do not want or cannot use sugar! I now use the Sukrin Syrup for everything where you want that maple syrup flavor and I use molasses and erythrithol&stevia or sometimes molasses and liquid Natreen for that brown sugar flavor (e.g. in my BBQ sauce that I make with a good quality ketchup with no added sugar as the basis – YUM and so easy&wuick to make!)…

  4. I don't use Bob's red mill bc they use pesticides on their products even if it's organic. I've done my homework especially when I was looking for a great oatmeal! Nature's path is organically grown and pesticide free! And it's a delish product
