It would have been a lot more helpful to those of us who have electric pressure cookers if you volunteered the info as to how long you cooked it for. What: 10 minutes? 30 minutes? Don't need to now how long it comes to pressure, just how long to cook.
A pressure cooker makes my plant based diet so much easier. I love my instant pot so much, I actually buy dried beans now and don't worry about ruining them.
For non vegans, it makes the easiest to peel hard boiled eggs, hubs is nonvegan.
I'm not crazy about the flavor of Nosha, but the macros, vitamins, and minerals are unbeatable. I'll have to try your method with half a packet. I got a box with your code and I have 11 packets left.
yum.. your food look's so good.. what does a pressure cooker do for the food.. if you put a wet , not sopping wet.. put it under your cutting board.. it will be allot safer…
GIRL!!! did you know you can rinse your beans BEFORE you cook them and boil them with dinkable water so by the time they are done and soft, you can eat them as soup insted of rinsing the water they are cooked in, because it is filled with all the vitamins and minerals from the beans and by tossing the water away you are waisting all those nutrients we all oh so want. So please don't waste that, instead save it if you are not having it right in the moment, it also makes for a beautiful, hearthy, warming meal, ou can eat it with tortillas and salsa: it's a 10/10.
That dip looks luscious. Definitely going to try that one. By the way, when you added cooked beans to your stew and had them cook longer – did that make them mushy?
Thanks for this video! The recipes are delicious and Nosha is awesome–glad to see people picking it up. I've been using Nosha a quick, healthy breakfast for a few months now, and it's a diet game-changer. Since starting it, I've felt more energized and lighter on my feet throughout the day. It's been a helpful way to go vegan too. Thanks again CLV!
yaaaassss thank you for having this video!!!! now my problem for no time to eat escuse in the morning is solved eith nosha!!! having my firat purchase 🙂
I like your video. I've recently started drinking a Nosha shake everyday for my breakfast too! It substitutes my daily multivitamin. I've been drinking it for about 2 months everyday and I've had a noticeable increase of energy, my mind feels sharper and my digestive system feels stronger. I highly recommend it over other vitamins or shakes, since it is actually just real organic fruits and vegetables dried to a powder. Therefore your body processes it as real food vs other supplement shakes. At $4.50ish per meal the price is definitely right.
Do you always eat organic? What do you think about the fact that organic food is grown with manure which is a byproduct of the meat industry? Vs conventional being grown with synthetic fertilizers? Not hating, I realize everyone draws a line somewhere, I just feel like conventional is more vegan.
What bread is that?
Super convenient but a lot of plastic.
What are red lentils for?
I cannot just drink a powdered shake for breakfast! I’d be starving in 30 minutes
insta pot isn't so cheap
Yummy food. Those pouches are not cheap. The food looks good
I just ate and this is making me hungry all over again!
Nosha does not ship to Canada 🙁 SO SAD
keep up with the videos!! I've been trying to change and to be vegan and you're videos are helping more than anything. thank you!
