So I used soy milk and ist tasted really earthy. You know that typical soy milk taste 😄 and lord have I used garlic 🙈 any tips? Other than that it tasted incredible. And it tasted so much better when you remember that no animal was harmed for my meal

This is my 8 years olds favourite dinner but we add spinach, mushrooms and salmon…definitely an all round fantastic easy Quick dinner!
