  1. The chickpea omelette looks great! I have been looking for a great substitution for eggs for a while that is actually good and plant-based. This is a great choice and I will be giving it a try very soon!

    I have been doing beans on toast since I was a child. My mom came over from England when she was a child and it was something she grew up with. I just take beans and spice them to my liking and put them over toast, but I love the idea of adding veggies in and making it an actual chili. Bet it would be great over rice, too!

  2. Hey Steff great video! For the chickpea omlette which I regularly make and we use in Indian cooking a lot…the batter was way too thick and if you add more water if can be poured over the veggies…then heres the trick!…in the pan once the chickpea flour is poured over, turn the heat to low/medium and then cover the mix with a pan lid!…cook for 5 mins and it will be beautifully golden underneath! You can eat then or if you prefer flip over without breaking and golden off the top side as well! Let me know if it works?…
