That's a terrible way to cook that steak holy shit I know it probably tastes good but he literally desecrated that state putting it on that stupid flat top and to slice it up like that as you cook it that's complete desecration and before somebody says oh you probably never even eat wagyu before definitely have I've never eaten Kobe beef but I've eaten plenty of wagyu ribeyes and fillets and I can say this the Ribeyes are way better than the fillets and a wagyu A5 filet is the only fillet I have ever said was good fillets are fucking Bland and tasteless most of the time and not worth the money you paid for but that filet is but again this is a horrible way to cook it

  2. I would have made him stop as soon as he was grinding pepper on that raw steak. Pepper burns and causes stuff to taste bitter. Salt, fine but pls just use pepper when the steak is almost done….
