I added some shredded carrots and green ,red,yellow peppers sautéed first then added all my spices had to have parsley heeee and garlic pa little extra onion Lipton soup not much but to blam it up a bit papkia and thyme just a little a pinch of cinnamon it brings the beef and pork mix up a really nice extra beefy flavour it inhances it most say what!!! And a great way to sneek thous veggies in for the kids, But they eat it in almost all meat dishes I make and a dash of this and that to add some extra wham bam and my first meatloaf with your help and it was to die for my guests ate it all thought it would either be a flop or everyone would be eating potatoes for dinner only haa but no left overs for that my holy wanted sandwich the next day as my mom used to make them with left overs gosh I miss her home old school cooking but even the grand kids gobbled it up and wanted more but it was devowered haa thanks so much
