  1. The one thing nobody reads is the sodium… 1 serving of those (13 crackers) is 1/10 of the daily serving of sodium. We're killing ourselves with salt… Had no idea my whole life, and now that my wife has congestive heart failure, we had to learn about salt. The recommended daily allowance of sodium is 1500mg. Most people eat 3000 per meal and have no idea. Add sodium to the list of things you read on the side of those packages. Sorry. Rant over… LOL
