  5. So many people are lactose intolerant. The reason why: cow's milk is for baby cows not for humans. I gave up cow's milk I drink almond milk. I'm not vegan (I'm pescatarian, I eat fish and sea food). Watch Forks Over Knives or What the Health, even if you don't want to become vegan (plant based diet).
