  1. I made your Birria for the husband tonight and OMFG!!!! I'm Ohio so I can kill some Southern or Italian recipes, but never really nailed hubby's home California style. He loves it said it was like real home made orange county. I had to go to 4 different stores lol. Thank you for making our night hes not had food like that in the 18 years we have been married.

  2. Can someone plz help me with a song that's playing in the background during the tasting segment?? Who's singing and the title of the song?? All I can decipher is "It's not my fault, maybe it's you". If you could be so kind as to respond thru my Facebook page, "bea kat", I would very much appreciate it. πŸ˜„

  3. Definite comfort food in my house! I usually add wedges of fresh grape tomatoes, I pick from my garden when I fry the ground beef then add the eggs and cook it as you do….Now I need to go and make some, LOL! Love you ladies!

  4. OMG Stephanie and Cloud! I made this for breakfast two days ago except I added my cooked rice to the eggs and ground turkey. I also used the same potato masher to break down the meat which is now missing after my son criticized me for using it. He knew that was a genius move right there! πŸ˜‚ Anyway I never used the soy sauce but I'll be sure to use it next time. I used gaujillo pepper and black garlic salsa and it was devine. One of the brest breakfasts ever! Thank you!

  5. That's a weird combination; rice, hamburger with eggs. You scrambled the sh*t out of those eggs. They will be dry. Once it's almost done, removed the skillet from the burner-grill to finish cooking.

  6. What if you don't have an instapot can you cook this kind rice in a regular pot. Can you please let us know if its cooked the same way. Thank you so much. Love your recipes hope you come out with a cookbook with your fabulous recipes.❀

  7. This is the most perfect way to cook rice!!! Its so delicious and basically fool proof.πŸ˜ƒπŸ’ŸπŸ’ŸπŸ’Ÿ don't think I'll make it on the stove top anymore

  8. I’ve never had ground beef and eggs. I’ll have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing Cloud’s rice recipe! Your enthusiasm for life is contagious and makes my day! πŸ₯°

  9. I’ve never heard of that kind of rice.🍚 Is it a sticky rice? I accidentally bought a 20 lb bag of sticky rice during the pandemic and it’s not good for the comfort of my home..Lol πŸ˜‚ We absolutely LOVE Basmati Rice, and for Basmati rice, I feel like I have the perfect πŸ‘Œ recipe for the Instant Pot, or any electric pressure cooker. I rinse my rice, usually 2 cups of rice, add to pot, then 1 & 1/2 cups water per cup of rice, so 3 cups water for 2 cups of rice. I throw in a few Tablespoons of real salted butter for the shine. Then using the manual cook setting, set the cooker for 5 minutes. If you like it just done, do 4 minutes, but I think 5 minutes is perfect. It’s the most perfect basmati rice. And trust me, if you cook Basmati on the rice setting, you’ll end up with mushy sticky like rice, and no one wants that. Lol But If I ever find your brand of rice I’ll try yours on the rice setting.:) Take care. Looks amazing!!! πŸ‘πŸ™πŸΌπŸŒ»πŸ€πŸŒ·πŸ₯°πŸ‘Œ
