Hi, I followed your recipe exactly- just that I used mixer grinder to make onion and tomato paste. So after adding tomato paste, my masala was still liquid after 8 minutes on medium high. Do I need to cook it more so that saara paani evaporate ho jaaye masaale ka?

I tried this recipe but after adding lemon when I fried fish it started cracking and I was not able to fry them properly …why did this happen… Can you please tell me the solution….

This preparation looks like for chicken and mutton. Try fish curry without onion. And dont use tomato paste. And see the flavour. It will be great
