Of baking time before the centre got set and firm up though… but it looks ok and now cooling on the rack. Will fridge it overnight before tasting it. Thank you so much !

  3. I tried these today and they were very tasty but they cracked from top while baking? Why did they crack? Did I do something wrong? I baked these on 320F. My husband loved these a lot and said that I shouldn't buy from outside and bake these again for him

  4. Hi, I made this cheesecake just now ,but after baking the cheesecake got cracked from above and while cooling down it wrinkled on the top! Can you please tell me what went wrong and the solution to make it perfect next time:) I have kept on 160 degree Celsius for 15mins! I don't know what what went wrong:(

    1. No water bath needed
    2. Didn't shrink when cooled
    3. I didn't use any mixer. Just whisk and mix by hand.

    I substitute sour cream with greek/plain yogurt and it works just fine.
    If yall have no sour cream/yogurt, just put some lemon juice in whipping cream and walla!
