I fry the beef up with diced onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, then add canned corn, black beans, FAKE ground beef, red lentils (that is TONS of protein between those last three ingredients, yet NO heart disease!), and salt and pepper to taste. Then after that is all warmed up, I mix it up with cheddar cheese to melt it. I put a four Ortega yellow corn taco shells in my toaster oven to heat them up a bit and afterwards I crunch them up with the beef mixture. Finally add cut up avocado, and shredded iceberg (preferred) or red leaf lettuce, sliced black olives, sour cream, and tons of mild red Victoria taco sauce! It's absolutely glorious I tell you. 😀 Give it a shot!
