  1. I tried this recipe this morning and they turned out great, crispy from outside loads of layers inside. the only downside was because its cooked in Gas oven, they were really crispy from underneath, and it does require little bit more salt. but the recipe is perfect – thank you

  3. It seems easy n yet not. How do u stack 18 pcs of dough on top of each other? But when you cut into 12 pcs it doesn't seem as high as 18 pcs of dough? End product is it as flaky as actual croissants?

    Your recipe is easy and complete in a day however I laminated the 18 pieces and left it overnight in the fridge and baked it the next morning , I reduced the heat once it was baked and they got more crisp ,my family said it was the best they have eaten ***
