  2. Love it. Is it possible to replace the Oats with other GF flour? Please be as so kind to look into OATS. OATS ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE even if the FDA claimes that are GF oats. Even GF Oats carry traces of Glutten and everyone that has Celiac or gluten sensitivity will get sick. Please look into it. My son is Celiac and I know. Oats are too big of a money maker the FDA to admit that. That is why in Canada you can not put GF label if they are even GF oats product in the facility. Becomes cross contaminated.

  3. I too was shocked the first time I saw her eat eggs. I just assumed that she was a vegan because so many of her recipes are vegan. She is a vegetarian not a vegan. I was also puzzled by her small portions of food. Everybody is different.

  4. When I make my waffle mix for the month at least 1/3 of the mix is almond flour. My recipe is 1 cup almond flour
    1 cup oat flour
    1 cup unbleached ap flour
    3 tablespoons baking powder
    3 tablespoons raw sugar
    1 teaspoon of salt
    Mix it all together and store in a resealable container
