  1. I just made your sweet potato black bean stew…I had to substitute the black beans for kidney beans because I had none and the store is far from where I live…But the stew came out AMAZING!!!

  2. These look so good!! I am going to try the sweet potato stew tomorrow 🙂 I love baking spaghetti squash and adding marinara sauce, grilled chicken, and cheese. Then I bake it in the oven until golden brown. It is soo good 🙂

  3. I have been making the chilli the way you do ever since I've seen you show us probably a couple years ago and absolutely love it! It tastes great with pinto beans without meat too! And I just make the peppers along with the onions! But it's such a great way to make it using one pot! I also make and love spaghetti squash! I'm excited to try the sweet potato and black bean soup though!! Thanks for sharing these meals… I definitely try to follow along with the way you eat because it's simple, uses whole foods, isn't vegan, and I've learned a lot from you!! I pretty much owe my husband and I' s healthy eating habits to you and we both have been maintaining a healthy weight for years because of eating whole foods and watching ingredient lists, so thank you a million!

  4. I loved this video! Quick question though, anyone feel free to answer me lol. I've only bought ground turkey twice, but both times it smelled AWFUL. Like, so bad that I didn't eat it. Does anyone else have this issue? I don't know if it's the brands I buy, or what. But I cooked it differently both times, seasoned it differently, same smell. Anyone else??
