Namak Halaal 🙂 🙂 Great recipe…worked like a charm, everyone ate this with some spicy south-waaley mango pickle. mazaa aa gayaa Harpal ji! i live in the US and i think there is considerably more water and moisture in the fresh veggies i buy, i literally have to dry "roast" them in a pan so i can get good texture and that "crunch" when it's all done.
