I cut out all bread 3 days ago. I don’t miss it. Even whole grain bread isn’t the healthiest, no bread is better for the body

My diet: A deep fried white bread popcorn sandwich with salad dressing, a slice of pizza with a cup of juice and coffee and a candy bar for desert.
What if i only eat a few slices of white bread and water a day? Would i still gain / keep on unwanted weight?
