I love these recipes and regarding going Vegan, Family and myself were meat-eaters, not heavy, there was a lot of balance involved, dairy is almost fully cut out, I have lactose free milk, Hated cheese, I hate pork, dislike lamb its too heavy and fatty, beef is hit and miss, it's not something I eat every day, Chicken I eat more of. Found good alternatives for lemon chicken soup, spinach, and rice soup is soo much better than it sounds, quite a lot of greek soups have vegan recipes, because of fasting and everything, So while I wouldn't say I'm vegan, I'm pretty damn well strict with my diet, I found a fair bit of meat alternatives that can still have a smokey flavor while retaining slight meat feel because that is what I found all I really care about, but vegan dishes are anything but boring.

    Regarding saving animals, I do not care, reason being is because people hunt for sport, hunt for leather, hunt for fur, hunt for skulls, bones, etc, etc. I literally do not care about all of that, that goal is so far away from me, right now I'm focusing on the goals closest, how can I make this veggie alternative become my main, and it still has everything I need and the texture, keep myself healthy.
    I eat fish mainly but I live near the ocean so I fish that myself, never take female fish or babies(undersized) and never more than ya need I'm good with a fish or two.

  7. I like the Greek salad, because it's tasty and fast. Here's my take: Tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, red onion, feta cheese, avocado, peas and kalamata olives. The avocado, olives and feta cheese keeps you full.
