I like the recipes and everything but these recipes are very high in fat content (9-14 grams ) especially for people who are trying to stay in caloric deficit. Only last two recipes have low-fat content. Please make more sandwich recipes with low fat content.

Second sandwich bread 33 carbs 5minus fiber 8 grams of sugar? For ever 4 grams = 1 teaspoon of sugar. Not healthy at all!
This is not a healthy sandwich. Carbs 26 grams minus 4 fiber- plus sugar. You will never have a healthy sandwich using super market bread.
